Picked up a pound of seeds from Cafe Cesura in Bellevue and saw this new white bag on the shelf. I thought, sweet packaging, branding looks cool but is it good coffee? Wait, does that say Natural process? Ok, let me look them up. Wait, don't I have a gift card for this place? Even better. Let's do this. I've been brewing it on my Kalita Wave and trying to get my ratio right but the experimenting is going well. Diggin it and would live to try more of their coffee in the future. All in all, a decent coffee. B grade.
