Coffee Shop Perfection.
I found myself in Bentonville, Arkansas and I hadn't really explored this city in the past but I knew they had an amazing coffee program over at Onyx Coffee Lab. I found that there were a few locations but a good friend of mine told me that I would absolutely love shop #3. They knew me very well. I have to say that this shop was likely the coolest shop I have visited in the states. Truthfully, it's the last city I thought I'd find a place like this. I was extremely impressed. I walked in to a long line. It was 4th of July weekend and the Saturday Farmers Market was fully up & running, right in front of the shop. The space is gorgeous, inside and out. Amazing woodwork, layout & decor.
The baristas were incredible. In spite of a long line, they took the time to walk me through their offerings, their favorite options and really laid everything out for me. Met the nicest guy, a real charmer. His name was also Anthony but he went by "Bear". Look for him when you go, you'll know him when you see him. He will be the guy with a big smile on his face. Super good vibes. At this point I was thinking, seriously? This place, this nice, this gear, these people, this city? No way! It was all very fun and I was wishing I had an Onyx in my hometown. I was super excited to order a bit of everything, it was hard to choose. Luckily, I had Adrienne to help me with all of this. Here is what we were able to try:
